1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom-made or personalized hats
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Gift cards
3. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly send you a replacement or process an exchange once the returned item is received and inspected.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at info@byrdphoton.shop within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
