Q2:How muchdoes the sample cost?
A2: If we have samples in stock, one similar sample can be sent to you with freight collect.If you need yourown design, it takes $50/style/color/size with freight collect according to your requirements. But it isrefundable after order taken.
Q3:How long will it take for the sample and mass production?
A3:OEM sample time is about 7-10days after design confirmed.
Q4:Do you support inspection service?
A4:Yes. We have our own QC to provide your with inspection service. And we support your designated inspection company to inspectthe goods.
Q5:How’s the order process?
A5: Confirm specifications – > confirm price – >proof – > confirm sample – > sign a contract, deposit payment and arrange
bulk production – > finish production – > inspection (photo or real product) – > balance payment – > delivery – > after-sales

Q6:What’s your MOQ?
A6:Generally MOQ for OEM is 100pcs the MOQ of DM is only 100pcs.
Q7:What payment methods do you accept?
A7:We accept ALI trade assurance order and T/T，If it is a large order for customized products, it is usually 30% deposit and 70% final payment before shipment.
